A gracious lady who had a great love of life and her family, especially her grandchildren, she led an active life. She worked for many years at the Michael Dunn Center, where she ws s a board member and secretary of the Residential Board. She was honored for her dedication and hard work sice inception of the center by having a group home, The Caillouette House, named in her honor. She wa an active member of Kingston United Methodist Church until her illness prevented her from attending. She enjoyed bowling and was a card-carrying member of the 600 Club. A member of the Roane County Democratic Womens Club, Kingston Garden Club and Roane County Election Commission member, she loved to cook and be with her family.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, Harry H. Caillouette in May 1973, parents Robert L. and Barbara E. Graves and brother and sister.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara Hunley,and Sandra and Ed Houston, all of Kingston, and Joy and John Bolt of McEwen. grandchildren, Connie Hunley, Callie Houston, Julia Houston, Adam Houston and Becky Howell and five great grandchildren.
After several years of fighting Dementia, I know that Mom now rests in peace. I miss her already.
