She became a member of First Lutheran Church on June 4, 1951. She was confirmed June 10, 1962, at First Lutheran Church.

Ruth Ann taught Sunday school for many years and dispatched for the taxi service until ALS took her voice.

She enjoyed family history and keeping scrapbooks, puzzles, visiting family and especially enjoyed attending her niece and nephews activities, never missing any important events. Her faith was very important to her and played a major role in her life.

She is survived by her brother, Ronald (Cathie) of Waseca, Minn.; nephews, Richard (Stacie) and Jonathan (Julie) of Brownsdale, Minn.; niece, Molly, of Waseca; and great-nephew, Jude, of Brownsdale; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Very special friends, Randy and Amy Severson and Rose Fredricks, and the wonderful staff at the Lutheran Retirement Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
The Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, of Northwood is assisting the Borcherding family with the arrangements.
