We neglected last week to chronicle the death of James R. Dean, which occurred on Thursday, Jan. 21st, at his home at the county line, on the shore of Elk Lake. Mr. Dean was a pioneer and was a highly respected Christian and an ardent worker in the M.E. church. He was 74 years old, and leaves a wife and six grown-up children.
