MAYODAN. Sadie Mae Bullins Adams, 71, of 1209 W. Madison Street, died Monday, November 3, 2003, at Annie Penn Memorial Hospital in Reidsville. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at The Old Country Church in Madison with the Rev. Donnie Chandler and the Rev. Mark Donovan officiating. Interment will follow in the Mayodan Municipal Cemetery. Mrs. Adams was born September 13, 1932, in Stokes County, to the late Alex Bullins and the late Ida Mounce Bullins.
She had retired from Tultex after 25 years of service. She attended Old Country Church and Summit Road Church of God. She was a wonderful, Godly mother and a sweet Christian lady to everyone she met.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Adams, in 1993, brothers, Walter Bullins and Watson Bullins.
