Margaret went to be with our Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Ocean Springs Hospital. She was a member of Restoration and Revival Center C.O.G.I.C. While in California she attended True Light C.O.G.I.C. where she served as a Sunday School teacher and was a member of the Mother's Board. In her early years, she was employed at Ingalls Shipbuilding as a General Clerk, Material Planner and Microfilm Operator. She attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College where she graduated and received her Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Ms. Davis was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Margaret Laster and a son Craig Davis.
Margaret leaves to cherish her memories to three daughters, Angelia Laster and Valerie Gainer, both of Gautier, MS, Nancy (Jessie) Billups of North Biloxi, MS and one son, Gregory (Royalene) Laster of Oakland, CA; three sisters, Mary (Herman) Green, Dorothy Pittman both of Gautier, MS, Cynthia (John) Richards of Collins, MS; three brothers, Charles M. Laster of Houston, TX, Lawrence Laster of Sacramento, CA and Cyril (Jacquelyn Laster of New Orleans, LA; 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation will be held from 6-8:00pm Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at Millender's Funeral Home, Moss Point, MS.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Restoration and Revival Center C.O.G.I.C., Machpelah Road, Moss Point, MS.
Interment will be in Machpelah Cemetery, Pascagoula, MS.
