formerly of Lakes of the Four Seasons, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008, along with her fiancé Steve Hough.
She is survived by her son, Gauje, mother, Phyllis (Michael) Stemmons of Hebron, father, Theodore (Cheryl) Bartelmey of Seneca, IL, sisters, Samantha Cavines, Sarah (Ben) Cannon and Christina Bartelmey and brothers, Ted Bartelmey and Garrett Stemmons, grandmother Joan Bedalow.
Funeral services will be held
Saturday, May 3, 2008, at 11 a.m.,
at Fagen-Miller Funeral Home,

Cremation to follow. Visitation will be held Friday, from 2 to 9 p.m., at the funeral home.
