Kathleen Vest Davis, age 90, of White Gate, died Tuesday Jan. 7, in a Radford hospital. She was born September 16, 1901 in White Gate, Va, the daughter of the late Lucian Aurelius Vest and Julia Warner Vest. She was a lifelong member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women and was the widow of Everett Lawton Davis. She is survived by a devoted nephew, Jimmie Vest, White Gate; one sister, Mrs. Irene Vest Faulkner; one brother, Clarence Vest, Bedford; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 10 at the A. Vest & Son Funeral Chapel with the Rev. J. D. Clark officiating. Burial was in the Stinson Cemetery, White Gate.
