Timothy Mark Hughes, 49, died Monday, April 28, 2008, at his Home in Booneville, Miss.

He was a Member of the Mississippi National Guard and a Member of Fairview Baptist Church.

Services were held at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Pete McCoy and Bro. Mark McCoy officiating.
Burial was in the Booneville Cemetery.

Survivors include his Wife of 26 years, Velda Cole Hughes; a Daughter, Mara McCord and Husband, Allen, of Booneville; 2 Sons, Brett Hughes and Harper Hughes, both of the home; his Mother, Gladys Hughes of Booneville; his Mother In Law, Lena Cole of Booneville; 2 Brothers In Law, Rusty Cole and Wife, Pam, and Johnny Cole and Wife, Ronja; several Nieces and Nephews; and a Special Friend, Sandra King.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Thomas Hughes; his Grandparents, Ed and Ruby Sims; and his Father In Law, Homer Cole.

Pallbearers were the young men of the neighborhood and of Fairview Baptist Church.
