Her father and sister Cora moved to Michigan where he later married Orpha Drake. They had Hattie, Sada, Iva and Wilson "Bill" Boughton. Mae was the wife of Frank David Hadden. Mother of Pearl, Mary, Ruth, Harry, Leona, Frank Jr., Pauline, Chester and Roy.

Cause of death: Heart Attack
