L.J. Oliver.
L.J. Oliver, a resident of near Argos for 25 years, died at his home south of Argos at 7:35 this morning, March 15, after an illness of six weeks due to heart trouble. He was born in Cass County, Indiana, on March 19, 1958 and was 84 years, 11 months and 26 days old at thetime [sic] of his death. Surviving are his wife, the former Addie O'Blenis, whom he married on Oct. 20, 1918, a son, Walter of South Bend and a daughter, Mrs. Cloe Billing of Kalamazoo, Michigan; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Glass of Plymouth, Jessie Oliver of Macy and Mrs. A. W. Bainter of Toldeo, Ohio; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, until 3:00 o'clock Wednesday when funeral services will be conducted by Rev. E. Duane Thistlethwaite, Methodist pastor, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
