DALRYMPLE, Marjorie L. (Rosell) Age 87 of Vandalia, passed away Wednesday March 5, 2008 at Hearth and Home following an illness. She was born March 18, 1920 in Dayton, daughter of the late Elmer J. and Tillie E. (Hilsheimer) Rosell. Marjorie was a retired secretary from Vandalia Elementary School. She was a former member of Ridgewood Heights United Church of Christ and a current member of Polk Grove United Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph W. Dalrymple, 2 sisters Viola Ruth and Leona May Rosell, and one brother Claude Herman Rosell. Marjorie is survived by 2 sons Dale Stanley Dalrymple of Tipp City and Barry Lee and wife Carolyn Dalrymple of Huber Heights; one daughter Joanne Elaine (Dalrymple) Jackson of Vandalia; 5 grandchildren Doug Dalrymple, Mike Dalrymple, Matt Huntebrinker, Jeff Huntbrinker and fiance' Kate Vedder, Alicia Brooke Dalrymple; 2 great-grandchildren Rylie Beth and Cymon Joseph and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday March 10 at 10:00am at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia with Rev. Ronald Hajarian officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to 7pm. If so desired, contributions may be made to Acclaim Hospice 7887 Washington Village Drive Dayton, OH 45459 in Marjorie's memory.
