My maternal 1st. great granduncle, Leo Francis Palen, husband of Besse "Bess" Leone (Koch) Palen, resided at 815 Galena Avenue, Dixon, Lee County, Illinois.

Leo's daughter, Virginia Bess "Gin" (Palen) Long, still resided in Dixon, Illinois, in 2014.
