Mrs. H. Rose Johnston McCue, 61, of 526 W. Monroe St. died at 3:20 a.m. Monday at Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Stonington, the daughter of Andrew and Hattie Johnston, and had been a resident of Springfield for 50 years.
Mrs. McCue was a member of First Congregational Church.
Surviving are one brother, Don Johnston, of Springfield; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Snyder and Mrs. Grace Dobbs, both of Springfield.
Services were at Bisch Memorial Home.
Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
