He was a native and life long residence of Port Arthur and Groves born to parents Abner Knobloch and Eula Knobloch Williams. He retired from Gulf Oil Refinery as an operator after thirty four years of employment. He had served his country during WWII in the Navy.
He was preceded in death by his wife of forty-nine years, Hazel Knobloch; daughter, Andrea Weber; brother, Tommy Williams.
He is survived by his son, Kurt Knobloch and his wife Tracie; brothers, Donald Knobloch and his wife Mary, John Knobloch and his wife Theresa; sister, Marjorie Knobloch and six grandchildren.
