Anita Kay Wilson, loving mother and devoted wife, 51, of Elkview went home to rest in the arms of the Lord on Sunday, May 4, 2008, at her residence.
Kay was a teacher at Fair Haven Christian School in Charleston and also worked at Nazarene Church Kiddy College in South Charleston.

Kay was a born again Christian and a member of Sandy Grove Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir, taught Sunday school class and also was the caretaker of her church.

Kay loved working with children and loved spending time with her family.

Surviving are husband, Darrell Wilson; her special gift from God her son, Corey Wilson; father, Marshall Crowder Sr. of Elkview; mother, Gloria Myers Henson of South Charleston; brothers, Gary Crowder and wife, Melva, of Dutch Ridge, Marshall Crowder Jr. and wife, Dolly, of Elkview; sister, Melanie Humphreys and husband, Jay, of South Charleston; 14 nieces and nephews, Cassie, Cara, Cloe, Todd, Johnia, Jenny, Jessica, Michael, T.J., Steve, Jamie, Jason, Jeremy, and Tessa; and six great-nieces and -nephews, Tytan, Lexius, Taylan, Emily, Michael, and Neesin.

Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, at Sandy Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Sizemore officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Cemetery, Little Sandy.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, at the church and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
