Jesse Dillard Bilbrey, 71, of Crossville, Cumberland County, Tennessee, passed away Aug. 10, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Aug. 13 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in Bowman Cemetery. Bro. Donald Wattenbarger officiated.

Mr. Bilbrey was born March 14, 1933 in Fentress County, the son of Jesse Bilbrey and Lora Bilbrey.

He worked at Certified Cylinder and was of the Church of God faith.

Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Jessie L. and Raymond Rhodes of Crossville and Nora A. Lopez of Crab Orchard; close friend, Becky McGann of Crossville; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Herbert Baldwin of Crossville; and sisters, Betty Miller of Crossville, Beatrice Bruce of Crossville, Sue Gentry of Red Boiling Springs, TN, Eva Wade, Dorothy Grant and Levella Downs, all of Indiana; and ex-wife, Willie Mae Bilbrey Davis of Crossville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Aurthor Dale Bilbrey; brothers, Ronald, Glenn, Joe, Norman, Willie Dee, Arnold and twin babies Bilbrey, Paul and Abe Baldwin; and sisters, Lois Northcutt, Eula Rector and Martha Lee.

Pallbearers were Ron Sherrill, Dan Taylor, Jessie Rhodes, Chris Bilbrey, Garry Goss, Carlos Pruitt, Lester Sherrill and Bob Nelson.

Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
