Birmingham News (AL) May 5, 1994 Dr. Henderson William Allsup, age 77, of Alpine Veiw, died Thursday, May 5, 1994. The funeral service will be Monday at 12:30 p.m. Collier-Butler Chapel in Gadsden. Revs. Elton Beasley and F. V. Hall will officiate.

Burial will be in Forrest Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral Home of Gadsden is in charge.

Dr. Allsup was a graduate of Auburn University, graduate of Emory University School of Dentistry, D.D.S.; internship, Forsyth Dental Infirmary, Fellowship - University of Indiana School of Dentistry, Oral Surgery- Emory University of Dentistry, Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta, GA; Private practice of Oral Surgery, Atlanta, GA,

Survivors include his brother, W. S. Allsup of Gadsden; sister Virginia A. Luker, of Gadsden. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until service time Monday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Gadsden Building Fund.
