After a lingering illness, Frank C. Larock, 54, of Morristown, a former resident of Ogdensburg, passed away Thursday afternoon at Hepburn hospital at 5:45 o'clock.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:30 o'clock Monday morning from the residence of his sister, Mrs. Edmund Montroy, of 719 Albany Avenue, this city, and from Notre Dame Church at 8 o'clock.
Mr. Larock was born in Ogdensburg March 23, 1879, the son of John and Matilda Farrand Larock. For many years he was associated with his brothers, Joseph, John and James Larock in the grocery business. He had been a salesman in Northern New York for the Miller Paper Company of Watertown for the past 15 years.
He was married twice. His first wife, Mary Story Larock died several years ago. His second wife, Ethel Ackerman Larock, formerly of Morristown, survives him. Also the following children by his first marriage: John of Panama; Francis of Morristown; Mrs. William Mahoney of Rochester; Sister Joanna of the Grey Nuns, New York; Thomas and Robert of Morristown.
There are two brothers, Joseph Larock of Morristown and John Larock of Rochester and the following sisters; Mrs. Willis Perkins of Rochester, Mrs. George H. Paige, Mrs. Edmund Montroy, Mrs. Fred Lacombe and Mrs. John Mastine, all of Ogdensburg.
Mr. Larocks large number of friends in this section will mourn his passing.
