Mrs. Martha Jane Fletcher Faulk, 63, died at 2:19 a.m. Thursday at her residence, 1705 Park Blvd., Gulfport.
Mrs. Faulk, a resident of Gulfport for nine years, was a former resident of Jackson County where she was born Aug. 10, 1904. She was the daughter of pioneer residents of Jackson County the late Henry (Cap) Fletcher and Mary Deborah Molly Tootle Fletcher. She was a member of the Bonnie Chapel Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis A. Faulk, Gulfport; one son; Lewis D., Vancleave; one daughter, Mrs. Rosemary F. Lovell, Picayune; eight grandchildren, six brothers, Will Fletcher, Carson Fletcher, and H.C. Fletcher, all of Vancleave, J.W. Fletcher Sr., NOrth Biloxi, Ibert W. Fletcher, Gulfport, and D.G. Fletcher, Ocean Springs.
Friends may call at Riemann Funeral Home in Gulfport after 7 o'clock this evening. Funeral services will be held at the chapel Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Byrd's Cemetery in Jackson County.
