Linda (Jarrett) Gilligan, 74, of Lake Monticello, died on Monday, April 17, 2023 at her home.
She was born on July 28, 1948, in Jacksonville, Florida, a daughter of the late Gomer Ferris and Joanne (Fearon) Jarrett. She graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School, Pensacola, Florida, in 1966.
Linda retired from the Fairfax County Police Department and attended Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, caring for plants, and traveling.
Survivors include her husband, two daughters, two sons, three grandchildren, and one sister.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church with a committal service following at 2:00 PM in Culpeper National Cemetery.
