Paul Henry Lirette, 82, a native and resident of Houma, died at 8 a.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 29, 1998.
Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time
Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the
funeral home, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
He is survived by his wife, Ozea Voclain Lirette; four sons Jessie, Ray,
Jerry and James Lirette; one brother, Ralph Lirette; nine sisters, Sophie
Bent, Ella Ford, Pearl Duplantis, Grace Zeringue, Ruth Hebert, Shirley
Allemand, Bella DeRoche, Dorothey "Dot" Hebert and Lilly Allemand; 10
grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; two gerat-grandchildren; and nine
step-great-grandchildern.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lilly LeBouef Lirette;
two brothers, Herbert and Avery Lirette; and on grandchild.
He was a retired foreman for Texaco after 30 years and a parishioner of
St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
