He was born Dec. 12, 1893, in Oakley. He was married to Lora Dayley. He was an automobile mechanic until his retirement in 1954. He was a member of the LDS church.
He is survived by his widow, one son, Floyd Dayley, Twin Falls; four daughters, Mrs. Bill (LaRaine) Sims, Thornton; Mrs. Cecil (Nona) Hyde, Jerome; Mrs. Frank (Dorothy) Herman, Twin Falls; Mrs. Lawrence (Eva) Buckland, Thornton; one brother, W. D. Dayley, Fontana, Calif; one sister, Mrs. Florence Rytting, Twin Falls; 24 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Berg's Twin Falls mortuary.
