Jesse F. Tart, Sr., 75 died unexpectedly on July 15, 2009. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday at 11 am at the First Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. Private entombment will follow that afternoon.
Jesse was born in Dunn, North Carolina on Christmas Eve, 1933 to the late Malcolm N. Tart and Ethel Clifton Tart.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, William 'Buster' Tart, Wallace Tart, James Tart, Billy Tart and Glenn Tart, as well as an infant son, Malcolm Bradley Tart.
