Thomas H. Benton, 93 of Ontario, died September 24 at Bella Vista Convalescent Hospital. A retired farmer, he was a native of Edhube, Texas and an Ontario resident 55 years. Veteran of the 59th Balloon Company World War I. Member of Ontario Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his wife, Clara; a daughter, Beatrice Thomas of Northridge; a son, Virgil K. Benton of Claremont; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday at Draper Chapel. Entombment Bellevue Mausoleum. Friends may call at Draper Chapel Friday from 4 to 9 pm.
