USAAF WWII veteran who was the pilot of plane #64 in the Contentin Peninsula on D-Day, 439th TCG, 2nd Bn 506th Prcht Inf. Retired as Col.

Howard is not buried here. He was cremated and his ashes were in my grandmother Betty's possession at one time. It's unknown what happened to the ashes after her death.
