SPENGLER
Margaret Mary Spengler passed away peacefully on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Heartland at Promedica in Sylvania, OH at the age of 93 years. Born in Toledo, OH, on September 6, 1922 Margaret was the oldest child of Joseph C. and Esther M. (Ryan) Wilczynski. A 1944 graduate of St. Vincent School of Nursing, Margaret worked at Toledo Hospital and Parkview Hospital, in her 40+ years of caring for others as a Registered Nurse.
An ever faithful Detroit Tigers fan, Margaret rarely missed a game on TV over the last several seasons. She also enjoyed cooking, baking, and gardening.
Per her wishes, Margaret was cremated and laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery, Toledo. Services were private.
Memorial Masses will be held at Little Flower Catholic Church, Toledo, on Sunday, June 26, at 11:00 a.m., and on her 94th birthday, September 6, at 8:00 a.m. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
