Gary W. Patterson, 33, Danville, died December 24, 1987, at Burnham Hospital. He was born July 18, 1954, in Franklin, Indiana, the son of James Archie and Rose Mary Tuder Patterson. He was married to Janice Taylor Lynch, in Danville, and she survives. He graduated from Greenwood Indiana High School and formerly worked for IBM in Indianapolis, and currently at Wyman-Gordon Foundry of Danville. He was a member of the First Church of Christ and Danville BPO Elks 332.Surviving, besides his wife, are a son, Aaron B. and daughter, Sara L., Danville; his parents and a sister, Phyllis Patterson, Greenwood; two step-daughters, Tammy McClellen Ramey, Danville, and Kim McClellen, Indianapolis; three stepsons, Christopher and Bernard John McClellen, also of Indianapolis, and Shane Lynch, Veedersburg. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. CST today (Tuesday) at Pape Memorial Home and Gardens with Sister Frances M. Welch officiating.
