Rose Mary (Tuder) Patterson

Rose Mary (Tuder) Patterson, 80, died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2001, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Greenwood.

She was born May 24, 1920, in Atlanta. Her parents were Virgil and Leonia (McClay) Tuder. She married James A. Patterson on Nov. 24, 1948, in Greenwood. He preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Phyllis Patterson of Greenwood; a brother, John W. Tuder of Kodak, Tenn.; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Gary W. Patterson; a brother, Billie J. Tuder; and a sister, Margarette Tuder.

She was employed as a housekeeper and child care provider and was previously employed for several years by Pitman-Moore in Indianapolis in the 1940s.

She was a member of Greenwood Christian Church.

The Rev. Shan Rutherford will conduct a service at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home. Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in White River Township.
