Barbara L. Bailey, 86, of Eureka, died Friday, January 12, 2007 at the Greenwood County Hospital in Eureka.
She was born on October 12, 1920, in Severy, the daughter of Harold Ray and Jessie Irene (Laughlin) Lawman.
She is survived by two sons, Tony Bailey of Farmington, N.M., and Steve Bailey of Eureka; two daughters, Diane Grundy of Albuquerque, N.M., and Jill Bailey of Eureka, nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and one brother, Rex Lawman of Little Rock, Ark.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 18 at Koup Family Funeral Home in Eureka, with Pastor Alan Hunter of the Jefferson Street Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in her name to the Eureka High School. Contributions may be sent in care of Koup Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 595, Eureka, KS 67045 who was in charge of arrangements.
