Update: Father and Mother connected by FindAGrave contributor Ruth Looney on April 19,2024.

Robert Ward Goss of Bay City, Texas, was born July 21, 1945 in San Antonio, Texas to Louise and Leroy Goss. He passed away April 10, 2023 in Victoria, Texas with his family by his side.

Bob was a gentle giant who was devoted to his family and to his church. He was a loving and caring husband, father, and grandfather. His passing has left a void in our lives and in our hearts that only God and our memories can fill. We praise God that he is suffering no more.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Tom Goss. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Paula Goss; his sons Jason (Cindy) Goss, Jonathan (Deanna) Goss and Jared Goss; grandchildren Benjamin, Liam, Georgiana Goss and Jackson Goss; sister-in-law Roxy Goss; brother-in-law Les (Linda) Lowrie, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Service is planned for 11:00 am Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Lane Par-Due officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Calvary's Meals To Shut-ins Ministry.

A special thank you to our church family for their prayers and care during these last few months.
