Alexander, William Edwin, age 54, born Redwood Falls, Mn., Sept. 10, 1921. Passed away Aug. 5, 1976 at 8910 Ingraham St., San Diego. Enlisted in World War II Army Air Force and rose to rank of Captain and given honorable discharge from Air Force Reserve in 1963. Track star at West High School in Mpls. and University of Minn. Mr. Alexander was a member of American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, Society of Real Estate Appraisers, a Certified Property Manager Assoc., resident of Honolulu and American Right of Way for 10 years and during that time he was Chapter President of the Preceding Organizations. Survived by son, Mark, of Denver; daughter, Nora, of Mpls.; mother Edla Starr Anderson, of Mpls.; brothers, Ulysses S., of San Diego, Cyrus J., of Wayzato; sister, Mrs. C. Stuart (Faith) Kerr, West St. Paul. Funeral services 1 p.m. Tues. Aug. 10, at Welander-QuistDavies, 2301 Dupont Av. S., with military burial at Fort Snelling. Reviewal Mon. 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. & Tues. until time of service.
