Anne Webb was the second wife of Rev. Dr. William Wilson, Canon of

Windsor. She was also the sister of Rev. Erasmus Webb, Canon of Windsor. (Rev. Webb: MEMORIAL ID 269007531.)


Anne married Rev. Wilson about 1600. She died in 1612. Her will was proved 13 November 1612.


In her husband's will, was was proved three years later, Rev. Wilson stated that his wife Anne's remains were buried at Rochester Cathedral.


Will of William Wilson, Canon of Saint George's Chapel, Windsor Castle ... "to be buried in the chapel near the place where the body of my dear father lies. If I die at Rochester or Cliff, in the county of Kent, then to be buried in cathedral church of Rochester, near the bodies of wives Isabel and Anne."
