Lloyd E. Ryther, Sr., 90, of Yates Center, former Eureka resident, died Friday, March 30, 2001, at Newman Memorial County Hospital in Emporia.

Mr. Ryther was born August 15, 1910, at Denver Colorado.

He is survived by his wife, Vada, at home in Yates Center; one son Lloyd E. "Mike" Ryther, Jr., of Neosho, Missouri, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
