MRS. ALWANDA MELLING
Mrs. Alwanda Melling, 64, of 3825 Prospect Ave., died Saturday in a nursing home at 12000 Wornall Road. She was a lifelong area resident.
Mrs. Melling was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Kansas City.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Darlene Kosman, Chandler, Ariz.; her mother, Mrs. Ethel Rochier, Lawrence, Kan.; a brother, Albert Rochier, Garden City. Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Tish, Florida; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 7 p.m. today at the Park Lawn Chapel; private graveside services will be Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Kansas City.
Friends may call from 5 to 1 p.m. today at the chapel.
