Frankie was a graduate of T.L.Handy High School in Bay City. Previously employed by Rainbow Bread Company for 14 years. Bachelor. He was the son of deaf-mute parents and had been instrumental in assisting deaf-mute persons with translating and other activities. Avid pool player. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

Cause of Death: Sudden/ Massive Heart Attack
