Mrs. Linda Dianne Vinson Miller, age 65 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014. She was born on April 16, 1949 in Cedartown. She was the daughter of the late William Lyle Vinson, Sr. and Connie Phillips Vinson.

Mrs. Miller had work for the United States Postal Service for 14 years. She was a faithful member of Benedict Baptist Church for many years.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Mr. Leonard E. Miller; son, Randy Miller; brother and sister-in-law, William Lyle Vinson, Jr. and Donna; grandchildren, William Self "Levi" (Asheligh), Sidney Self (Erica) and Nekoda Self; and great-grandchildren, Bryar Self, Layla Self and Landon Gentry.

Mrs. Miller is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Gina Miller Self and brother, Michael Vinson.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Miller will be conducted on Friday, December 12, 2014 at two o'clock in the afternoon at the Benedict Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Sims and Rev. Keith Powers officiating. Interment will follow in the Lee's Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church.

The family of Mrs. Miller will receive family and friends on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The family has respectfully requested that flowers are to be omitted; however, memorial donations can be made to the Benedict Baptist Church, 94 Benedict Loop Road, Cedartown, GA 30125.

The men of Benedict Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers.
