Mr THOMAS ROBERT KENDALL. Another highly esteemed resident of the district in the person of Mr. Thomas Robert Kendall, passed over to the Great Majority at his residence, "Milton Cottage," on Wednesday morning last, at 9 o'clock. The deceased gentleman, who for many years past resided in Kiama, was born at Ulladulla 73 yeas ago, and was a son of the late Thomas Surfleet Kendall, of "Barroul." He had not been in robust health for a considerable number of years, the result of a very severe attack of rheumatic fever when a youth, and which caused him so much illness in after life. He married a daughter of the late Mr John Allen Ulladulla, where he lived for many years prior to coming to Kiama, and she, with the family of seven, five sons Messrs. Theo., Frederick, George, Wesley and Stanley and two daughters (Mrs. Winter Warden, of Ulladulla, and Mrs. Buchanan, also of Ulladulla, are left to mourn their loss. We, with the many friends of the Kendall family, extend to them our sympathy in their sad bereavement. The remains were interred in Kendall's cemetery yesterday afternoon, the service at the graveside being conducted by the Rev. T V. Alkin.
