Ellen A. Vitello ("Ellie" or "Elle") was the most vivacious and beautiful wife, mother, sister, aunt, Mimi and friend. After a courageous battle with cancer, Elle passed away the morning of August 30, 2023 surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.


Elle was born in Queens, NY on Dec 31st, 1961 to Vito and Evelyn Lancieri one of 7 children. She met the love of her life, Thomas, and together they were blessed with their beloved son, Dylan.


Elle enjoyed working at D'Alessandro Salon in Armonk,NY and she loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious Italian meals and entertaining family and friends with a good glass of wine. Her outgoing personality and loving spirit will be deeply missed by all.


Elle is survived by her husband Thomas A. Vitello, their son Dylan Vitello and her loving step-son Tom Vitello (spouse Lauren) and step-daughter Danielle Rossi (spouse Sean). She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Julia, Tommy, Stacy, Gianna, Joseph and Louis. She cherished her siblings and their spouses Evelyn and Tony Coppola, Donna and Tony Caixeiro, Jackie and Warren Erickson, Bill and Gina Lancieri, Grace Zurcher and predeceased by her brother Steve Jacobson and his wife Vickie. She will also be remembered fondly by her loving nieces and nephews as well as Kiarra and Grayson.
