Graveside services were Monday at 3 p.m., from the Nelson Cemetery with the Rev. Roy Buchtel officiating.
The son of George H. and May Arleigh Hunter Boggs, he was born March 13, 1910, in Nuckolls County. He lived with his parents until their death in 1924. Then he lived in care homes in Beatrice, Norfolk and Superior.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Delores Boggs, and a brother, Harold Boggs.
Survivors are three sisters, Elsie Kahler of Lincoln, Mrs. Bill Helmink (Colleen Ann) of Firth, Neb., and Mrs. Longin Prokop (Jolleen) of Friend; brother, John M. Boggs, Divernon, Ill.; and numerous other relatives.
Megrue-Price Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
