Ford Ormo Riley Thomas was the 2nd son born to William Riley and Girthel Lillian Smith Taylor. His parents divorced Nov 1924 and his mother married David F Dobson. He later took and used the name Dobson. I met my half brother about 1946 when he and his wife Edith came to visit my dad his father in Hayward California. He became friends with his half brothers and sisters and was in touch until his death. He was very much loved by us. No children was born to him and Edith.
