Hoyt Vrooman, 193 Wickham avenue, died today at Horton Memorial Hospital. Mr. Vrooman, a son of William B. and Frances Deed Vrooman, was born in Schoharie February thirteenth, 1879. He was married to Elizabeth Mae Tyrrell of Middletown and had made his home there for twenty-three years.

He was a member of the Dutch Reformed Church of Schoharie and the Schoharie Valley Lodge of Masons.

He is survived by his wife; a sister, Ruth, wife of Charles Wadsworth of Schoharie; a brother, Paul Vrooman of Schoharie and several nieces and nephews.

The Rev. Kenneth O. Eaton will officiate at the funeral services at Hasbrouck's Chapel, two o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Masonic services by the Hoffman Lodge of Middletown will be held at the chapel Tuesday evening at seven. Interment will be in Westbrookville Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel Tuesday evening.
