Belle Fourche --- Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the Frost Funeral Home for Charles Franklin Castleberry, 85, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Alfred Hansen, at Fruitdale Friday night. Rev. R.R. Klein will officiate and burial will be in the Danish Cemetery at Fruitdale.

Castleberry was born in Texas on June 27, 1871 and was married there in 1894. They homesteaded in Montana in 1910, near Ridge, and lived thre until 1932 when they moved to the Broadus area. In 1946 they moved to Beaver Creek, Ore., and in March this year returned to South Dakota to live with a daughter, Mrs. Lenora Godtfredsen, at Ladner. They recently moved to the Hansen home at Fruitdale.

Survivors include his widow; four daughters, Mrs. Godtfredsen, Mrs. Hansen, Mrs. Lewis Russell, of Broadus, Mont., and Mrs. George Elliott, Beaver Creek, Ore.; four sons, Charles, of Glasgow, Mont., and Shields, Abner and James, of Cave Junction, Ore.; a brother, Richard Castleberry, in Oklahoma; 22 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
