Lee Greer "Doc" Willard, 72, of Athens died Sunday.
Mr. Willard was a Baptist. He enjoyed music and performed at benefit concerts.
Survivors include his wife, Bessie Willard, three daughters, Portia Adams, Connie Green and Frances Willard; one son, Danny Willard, all of Athens; two sisters, Ruby Adams of Tanner and Ellen Burroughs of Elkmont; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Donald Terry and Charles McCubbins officiating. Burial will be in Bottoms Cemetery.
