George Clark Dies at Age 79
George Milton Clark, 79, of Lorraine Avenue, died Sunday night at 10:30 o' clock at Theda Clark hospital after an illness of two weeks.
He was born May 22, 1870, in Lakeland, Minn., and came to Neenah in 1939. He lived in Shawano for two years before he came to Neenah and before that , he lived in the state of Washington.
Mr. Clark retired in 1941 after working for Burstein and Sons company.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Nora Krueger, Neenah; Mrs. Grace Halle, Shiocton, and Mrs. May Trainer, Dupree, S. D.; five sons, Alva, Neenah; Louie, Tip City, Ohio; Raphael, Neenah; and Prosper and Raymond, Swan River, Minn.; one brother, Mitchell, Minneapolis; one sister, Mrs. Roxie Fuller, St. Paul, MInn.; one half sister, Mrs. Katura Clark, Portland, Ore.; 23 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o' clock at the Westgor Funeral home, Rev. Paul Hartwig officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 o' clock Tuesday afternoon until the time of the services.
