He was 25, born in Ark, and worked as a plumber. For the 1910 census they lived in Dallas and had two children, a daughter Catharine, age nine, and a son, Dean, age seven. Her mother Minerva McCune was living with them. Minerva was age 69, widowed, and born in Ark. By the 1920 census, William Collins is gone and Minnie is married to Harry P Hammond. They are living in Dallas. His occupation is bookkeeper but it also says he is a student. His age is 37. Minnie's parents were John R McCune and Minerva Simpson.
