Louise peacefully passed away on May 29, 2008, in CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston, surrounded by family members.

Born June 1, 1929, in Logan, she was the daughter of the late Taylor and Bessie Blair.

She also was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; son, Jeffrey; and brothers, Joe and John Blair.

Survived by son, Chuck (Pat) Butler of La Porte, Texas, and daughter, Karen Pittenger of Texas City, Texas.Additionally survived by brother, Max (Carolyn) Blair and sisters, Bonnie Porter and Mabel Roach, all of Hurricane; grandson, Christopher Pittenger of The Woodlands, Texas.

A graveside service to honor Louise will be held at 11 a.m. in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston, on June 4, with the Rev. Earl Cochran officiating.
