Funeral for June Edith Pressnell, 68, of Athens will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Sardis Springs Baptist Church with burial in Sardis Springs Cemetery with Limestone Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Pressnell died Friday, January 24, 2003, at the Athens-Limestone Hospital. She was born June 2, 1934, in Limestone County to Henry Braxton Goff and Opal Durham Goff.
Survivors include her husband, James Pressnell; two daughters, Sheila Vickers of Athens and Sylvia Grammer of Bartlett, Tenn.; one son, Steve A. Pressnell of Toney; one sister, Ollaween Norton of Athens; one brother, Josh Goff of Athens; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
