LAFAYETTE, IL - Tony Chamberlain, 48, of rural LaFayette died at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.

Tony was born March 29, 1960, in Kewanee, the son of James and Charlotte Clague Chamberlain.

Surviving are his mother of Toulon; one sister, Joanne (and Kevin) Krakora of Chicago; two brothers, Matt (and Cheryl) Chamberlain of Janesville, Wis., and Dan (and Manessa) Chamberlain of Crystal Lake, Ill.; and six nieces and nephews, Nicole, Taylor, Zachary and Emma Chamberlain and Lauren and Izak Krakora.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

He was a 1978 graduate of Toulon High School and was a member of the Knights Drum and Bugle Corps from 1972 to 1993.

He worked for LaFayette Home Nursery.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2008, at DeBolt-Kidd Funeral Home in Toulon. The Rev. Walter Miller will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Evergreen Memory Gardens in Kewanee.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tony Chamberlain Memorial Fund in care of the State Bank of Toulon.
