Albert Howard Blackwood, 75, husband of Edwina Candler Blackwood of 199 N. Dean St., died Tuesday (Oct 20, 1981) at his home after a brief illness. Native of Spartanburg Co; son of the late Jerry and Etta Wallace Blackwood; retired from Draper Corp; member of Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church. Also surviving ; sisters, Mrs. Lillian Jolley and Mrs. Alma Scruggs of Chesnee; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Graveside services 11 a.m. Thursday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Revs. Will R. Brown and Sam Poston. Family will receive friends 7-9 tonight at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel.
