Married Eleanor M Birkland 30 April 1932 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, USA. 2) Joseph L Sandos, born 29 March 1905 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, USA; died 2 October 1983 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, USA. Married Phyllis L. Becker about 1934.
2) Florence Briggs, born November of 1881 in Indiana, USA. Nothing else has been found about Florence.
Mercy passed away 18 July 1933 in Lake Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, USA due to complications of Pneumonia Pulmonary Edema. Just before Mercy passed away she had been living in the home of her daughter Nellie B. Briggs Sandos and her husband Leon Emile Sandos.
